NetBuying.net simply offers an advertising source for prospective visitors and advertisers to communicate with each other about a piece of real or personal property that is available for purchase or rent. We do not list properties for sale as an agent or owner or receive any compensation based on the outcome of any items advertised for sale or rent on NetBuying.net.
NBN does not act as, provide or claim to offer any professional services of any kind such as, but not limited to attorney, real estate broker/agent, building/home improvement specialist, dealer or appraiser. NBN does offer advertising opportunities on NetBuying.net to these types of business professionals along with many others. All professionals listed on NetBuying.net are paid advertisers and are not endorsed or exclusively recommended by NBN. However, they are industry related professionals and should be able to provide the necessary assistance you need. We insist that all visitors seek professional advice and consultation from the necessary professional regarding their individual questions or needs. We are not responsible for or directly affiliated with any of the paid advertising professionals listed on NetBuying.net. NBN does not offer any warranty or guarantee of any kind in regards to the quality or condition of any item advertised on NetBuying.net. Each advertisor is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in their advertisement. All content and information that you provide must be truthful, accurate and complete. The advertising party is solely responsible for all material posted in the item description including item description, pictures, contact information, item location, item purchase price and all message content contained in any emails sent using the NetBuying.net email system. It is up to you, the visitor, to determine the quality and condition of any item advertised on NetBuying.net that you intend to purchase or rent from a party who is advertising their item on NetBuying.net. NBN does not participate in any part of the transaction between the visitor and advertiser, collect or process any payments, transfer property titles, store or ship any items, or offer advice or input on any transactions. It is solely up to the visitor to clearly research and understand the details, specifics and condition of any item they intend to purchase from the advertiser advertising the item. Although NBN is not responsible for any items advertised on NetBuying.net or the content therein, we do reserve the right to inspect or review for accuracy and misrepresentation any visitor or advertiser information, advertised item information or content, email communications sent through the NetBuying.net email system or any other information or data gathered through the NetBuying.net services. NBN has the right and authority to delete, suspend, revoke or rebuke any advertisement or parties that provide inaccurate, misleading, misrepresenting, fraudulent information or content that we consider unacceptable or inappropriate, whether for legal or other reasons. Any advertisement or party denied under these circumstances is not entitled to a refund or reimbursement of any kind. NBN may, at its sole discretion, provide a reimbursement if we so choose. We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who we believe has violated these terms or any other term of this agreement.
By placing an advertisement on NetBuying.net, you agree to pay the appropriate advertising fees for your item and any additional ongoing monthly fees necessary to continue advertising your item for any subsequent months you wish to continue the service. You agree to be responsible for these monthly fees regardless of whether or not you sell your item as a result of using the NetBuying.net advertising services. You also acknowledge and agree that:
- You are the owner of the advertised item, or have authority to advertise the item on behalf of the true owner.
- The item for sale is in fact in your possession.
- You have the right and authority to transfer the advertised item's title to the buyer.
- You are willing to sell the item at the agreed upon price and terms specified or negotiated.
- You will not advertise more than one item per paid listing except in the case of listing types that clearly allow for it, such as Garage Sales.
- All listing photos and content you provide will in fact be of/for the item you are advertising.
- You will remove the advertisement from NetBuying.net once it is no longer available.
- You have full ownership, rights of use, interest or title to all advertisement content including photos, logos and any other material you provide in the advertisement.
- You are not a retail dealer or acting on behalf of a retail dealer for the advertised item.
- You will not use your advertisement to advertise or promote any item or business other than the individual item you are advertising on NetBuying.net.
- The advertisement content does not infringe on or misrepresent any trademark, copyright, patent or other property right of any third party.
- The materials you provide do not violate any laws or regulations.
- You will provide accurate and identifying contact information that will allow the visitors to directly communicate with you.
All advertising fees permit your item to be advertised on NetBuying.net for a duration of thirty (30) days from the date you submit the listing. Advertisements may be renewed each month for an additional thirty days by your purchasing another thirty days of advertising services. Near the end of each thirty day advertising term you will begin receiving email notices from NetBuying.net alerting you that your advertisement will be expiring soon. You will need to login to your NetBuying.net account and follow the steps necessary to renew your ad for an additional thirty days from the expiration date. If you do not renew your ad within the thirty day period it will move to an "expired" status and will not display in any NetBuying.net search results. The ad will still be available to you in your account administration area when you login to NetBuying.net but it will no longer be visible to any potential buyers conducting advertisement searches. The expired ad will remain visible to you in your account administration area for and additional ten (30) days from the expiration date. You may choose to renew your ad at any time during this thirty day period by following the steps and instructions necessary to renew your ad, in which case your item advertisement will again begin to appear in NetBuying.net search results for another thirty days from the date you purchase the renewal service. If you do not renew your ad within the thirty day listing period or the subsequent thirty day expiration period, the ad will be completely deleted from the NetBuying.net database and cannot be retrieved or renewed in any way. If, after the ad has been deleted from our database, you decide to advertise the item once again on NetBuying.net, you will not be able to use your previous ad and instead will be forced to create an entirely new advertisement for the item by following the necessary steps to advertise an item on the website along with entering all the necessary item description information, your contact information and uploading any desired photos.
All materials, information, graphics, images and data (Content) on NetBuying.net is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All Content is the property of NBN, its affiliates or their respective licensors and suppliers. Any content provided on NetBuying.net is intended solely for personal noncommercial use and may not be reproduced, sold, modified, published, displayed, exploited, distributed, reposted or otherwise used in any other way or for any other purpose without prior written permission from NBN. All requests regarding the use of any Content for purposes other than personal, noncommercial use should be directed to our Customer Service department.
